Hotel Saint Louis charms with its location right inside the historic city walls. Our superior room featured a king-size bed and a spacious bathroom with a well-designed walk-in shower. I loved the breakfast that showcased local specialties, especially the sweet 'Fougasse,' alongside fresh orange juice. The restaurant had a nice atmosphere, and we enjoyed dinner there two nights. However, the staff could improve on providing a more welcoming feel. We faced a long walk from our car to the hotel since we couldn't park right at the entrance. Some cleanliness issues in our room were disappointing, like noticed small blue LEDs on the balcony that felt unrefined. If you’re looking for a hotel with a spa-like atmosphere, be careful. the spa access might not meet expectations. Parking could use clearer instructions too. Overall, a good stay with lovely amenities but some room for improvement in service and cleanliness.

The rooms are a tad snug—perfect for a cozy hug, just not for stretching out! My suitcase almost got its own room!

The location is a major highlight, positioned on a quieter street but still close to lively attractions. The breakfast offered a wide range of local specialties, showcasing thoughtful preparation. However, the room cleanliness fell short of expectations, with noticeable dust and an odd mix of functioning lights that detracted from the ambiance. The staff seemed overwhelmed at times, impacting overall service quality. The provided towels were a bit small and lacked comfort, which was disappointing for a hotel with such potential.
